A very unusual & beautiful bookcase, display cabinet.
Originally came over from Ireland in 40 years ago.
But it feels very Flemish and European to me.
I have never seen anything like it in 50 years of business.
Made around the years of 1850- 1860.
It has fourteen different hand carved Monks Heads on it.
Possibly added by the monks inIreland.
And a very unusual mouldind on the shelves.
Seperates in two at the waist.
The inside of the top has been refinished in Antique White
but can be changed to suit customer decor preference.
